About soSwift

Built in Aba, by people from Aba.

soSwift is Aba’s own ride app. We started with rides around town, and now we take you out of town too, each at a price you see before you book.

Why we built it

If you grew up in Aba, you know the routine. Leave the house, walk to the junction, wait for a keke and hope the rain holds off. On the bad days, the rain starts at 5am, the traffic doesn’t move and there’s no way to get where you’re going on time.

We wanted a ride you could book from home, from a driver someone had actually checked, at a price you agree before you move. No surge when it rains. No haggling at the junction. Your money held until the trip is done.

Now soSwift goes further. Aba has no airport, and every trip to Port Harcourt, Owerri or Uyo used to start at the park. With soSwift Intercity, it starts at your door, in a car that’s yours for the trip, at a price you know before you pay.

“A tribute from Umu-Aba to Ndi Aba.”

What we believe

Three things we won’t trade.

Fair prices.

Two fixed prices around town, and one fixed price for the whole car out of town. Nobody gets surprised at the end of a trip.

People checked by people.

Every driver’s documents and face are reviewed by our team before their first trip.

Built for real life here.

Weak networks, no Play Store, WhatsApp for help, daylight-only highway trips. We design for Aba as it is.
