City rides run anywhere in and around Aba, up to about 25 km from the centre. Intercity trips start in Aba and go to Port Harcourt, Owerri, Umuahia, Uyo and the airports. See routes and fares.

Two fixed prices. ₦10,000 for a ride inside one area of Aba, or to an area next door to it, and ₦15,000 anywhere else in Aba. You see the price before you book and pay when you book, and it won't change with traffic or rain. See the areas.

Type your address and the app places it in its area, from the roads, markets and landmarks each area covers. If it can't tell, it asks you to pick. See every area.

Your ride goes to every driver online at once. If nobody has taken it after 5 minutes, you choose: wait longer, cancel and get everything back, or talk to us.

Yes, for later the same day. Choose your pickup time and pay when you book. We offer your ride to drivers 30 minutes before pickup, and if none takes it, you get everything back.

No. Trips that leave Aba are Intercity trips, with a fixed fare for the whole car. The app offers you Intercity when your destination is outside Aba.

No. It's for the whole car: up to 4 people in a Saloon or up to 6 in an SUV, for the same price.

Yes, as a return trip. Add it when you book your trip out of Aba and pay for both at once. One-way trips into Aba aren't available yet.

Yes, once and free, up to 3 hours before your pickup and before your driver sets off.

Once you've paid, your booking is pending while we offer it to checked drivers, and confirmed as soon as one accepts. If no driver has accepted within 2 hours, we cancel it and refund you in full, the same way you paid.

Your driver waits free until 20 minutes after your pickup time. After that, the trip can be marked a no-show, and you get 50% back.

Not yet. Departures run between 6am and 4pm, so you're never on the highway after dark.

No. You pay in the app when you book, by card through Paystack or from your soSwift wallet. The price is locked when you pay.

For now, each traveller books in their own soSwift account. Approved travel agents can book for their clients.

We don't run trips on declared sit-at-home days or when there's a safety alert. If your trip falls on one, pick a new date or take a full refund.

A 4-digit code on your trip screen. Give it to your driver at the car, or tap "I'm in the car", so you know you're in the right car.

Not at the moment. City rides are paid from your soSwift wallet, which you top up with Paystack. Intercity trips are paid in the app when you book.

The app shows exactly what you'll get back before you confirm. On a city ride, cancel while we're still finding your driver and you get everything back. On Intercity, cancel 3 or more hours before departure and you get everything back. Read the refund policy.

Straight to your soSwift wallet. For Intercity trips paid by card, you can ask for it back on your card instead; that takes a few working days.

Yes. soSwift holds it until the ride is done, and refunds go straight back to your wallet. Card payments are handled by Paystack.

Enter it at checkout before you pay. Promo codes cut what you pay, never what your driver earns. Some codes only work on certain routes or dates, and the app tells you if yours doesn't apply.

Share your code from the app. When your friend takes their first ride, you get 500 points and they get 250. One point is ₦1, and you can move points to your wallet once you have 500.

Every driver uploads their licence, vehicle registration, NIN slip or national ID and insurance, and does a live face scan. Our team reviews it all before they can go online.

Use Share on the trip screen and send the link to family. They see the car, the plate and where you are, never your number or your fare.

Yes. City rides go to every driver online and you take the ones you want. Answer within 60 seconds; miss 5 in a row and the app switches you offline until you go back online. Intercity jobs are offered to you and you can decline them. Withdrawing from an accepted job less than 12 hours before departure, or not showing up, counts as a strike.

Earnings land in your soSwift wallet after every trip. Withdraw to your bank from ₦500, usually within 24 hours. Intercity pays half when your passenger boards and half when the trip ends.

Your name and photo, your rating, and your car and plate. Riders can chat with you in the app.
