Is the price per person?
No. It's for the whole car: up to 4 people in a Saloon or up to 6 in an SUV, for the same price.
Can I book a trip back to Aba?
Yes, as a return trip. Add it when you book your trip out of Aba and pay for both at once. One-way trips into Aba aren't available yet.
How much luggage can I bring?
Up to 2 large bags plus hand luggage. Carrying more? Message us on WhatsApp before you book.
Can I change my pickup time?
Yes, once and free, up to 3 hours before your pickup and before your driver sets off.
What if no driver is assigned?
Once you've paid, your booking is pending while we offer it to checked drivers, and confirmed as soon as one accepts. If no driver has accepted within 2 hours, we cancel it and refund you in full, the same way you paid.
What if I'm running late?
Your driver waits free until 20 minutes after your pickup time. After that, the trip can be marked a no-show, and you get 50% back.
Can I travel at night?
Not yet. Departures run between 6am and 4pm, so you're never on the highway after dark.
Can I pay for Intercity with cash?
No. You pay in the app when you book, by card through Paystack or from your soSwift wallet. The price is locked when you pay.
Can I book for someone else?
For now, each traveller books in their own soSwift account. Approved travel agents can book for their clients.
What happens on a sit-at-home day?
We don't run trips on declared sit-at-home days or when there's a safety alert. If your trip falls on one, pick a new date or take a full refund.
Going home for Christmas? Book early.
December roads fill up fast. Book up to 30 days ahead, and your fare is locked from the day you pay.
Cancel 3 or more hours before you leave and you get everything back.
